Jukendo today was largely focused on hands. I have a habit of holding my rifle too low. Some people think it is a habit brought over from naginata. I am guessing it is actually because I am trying to like Clint Eastwood.

Either way when I do hold it closer to correctly I must still be doing something weird as the closest I can get to praise is "Almost okay".
