Pretty Nondescript Outside, we were actually intending on going to the Rock and Roll club but it was closed |
The colour coordination of the scarf, jumper and curtains was accidental. As was the shinai bag with the blues. In future we will only eat at places which match our clothes tonal range.
To me the above photos are actually at a level which wouldn't seem out of place in professional settings. I expect professional photographers would disagree but for me this new camera is great.
The weather changed overnight. Yesterday was a little cold but this morning is really aiming for the marrow of our bones. We have black ice everywhere. Taking a step outside is suddenly high risk. To avoid the dangers of walking we are off to ride horsies.
There is mischief being planned |
Iza and I being responsible |
She can trot already. This is an issue as soon she will catch me in skill levels. |
Horse Must Match Hair Colour |
It was so cold I was un-focussable |
Mischief Commences |
Not bad pizza actually |
Food And Beverage Review: Gluten, FODMAPs, Whatever
We don't eat much in the way of processed starchy foods. The occasional hamburger bun and turkish bread for bacon and eggs. When we performing task "Make Megan Marriage Material" we stopped even those and focussed on a high protein rough veges diet.
One weekend we had a cheat day and ate bread and cheese as part of a train picnic. All 3 of us started farting like carthorses and got bloated and weird.
This is considered a salad in Poland. There is some lettuce and chicken under the potatoes somewhere. |
I know that the gluten sensitivity science thingy shows it doesn't exist and there is "something happening probably FODMAPs but it isn't gluten and the placebo effect is running rampant".
I suspect that when we alter our diets our intestinal flora changes profile and the stuff that is good at digesting super white bread dies out a bit.
The Polish diet seems to be having the same effect as the MMMM diet.
We are no longer capable of digesting white bread or pizza in an adult fashion.
